The following YouTube sites contain various meditation and sleep apps: Spirit Tribe Awakening, Healing Sleep Tones, and Jason Stephenson. Some contain music and report using various vibrations such as "432 Hz" etc. Also, the sites provide guided meditations as well. These videos can be quite helpful if you are just learning to meditate or if you are having difficulty falling and staying asleep.
